1. Shipping Time

Dhaka: Orders within the Dhaka metropolitan area typically arrive within 2-3 business days, depending on the size of the order and delivery location.

Outside Dhaka: Orders outside Dhaka may take 3-5 business days, depending on the distance and logistics.

2. Shipping Charges

Dhaka: Any address within the Dhaka metropolitan area is subject to a 60 BDT shipping fee.

Outside Dhaka: Deliveries outside Dhaka, including major cities and rural areas, will incur a shipping fee of 120 BDT.

3. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive safely. We use high-quality, durable materials to protect your items during transit. If you receive a package that appears damaged, please notify us immediately.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient, the courier service will make one or more additional delivery attempts. After the final failed attempt, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a reshipping or a refund, depending on the situation.
