1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days from the delivery date.
2. How to Return or Exchange
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Provide Order Details: Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Courier Pickup: Once your return is authorized, we will arrange a courier pickup. A delivery charge will apply.
3. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective item, incorrect order), we will cover all return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong selection), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and confirm its condition. Upon approval:
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you at no extra charge, subject to availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Exchanges for Size or Color
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to check availability. Exchanges are subject to stock levels.
Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
